Vectify for t-shirt printers

Customers walk in (or upload to your POD store) with a ChatGPT logo they love. It looks great on phone — but as soon as it gets cut on a vinyl plotter or color-separated for screen print, the pixelated edges show. Vectify converts AI-generated PNGs into clean DXF files for vinyl cutters and clean SVG/EPS for screen-print color separation.

  • For vinyl cutting and HTV: DXF is the format your plotter wants. Vectify outputs DXF in every order — no manual conversion in Illustrator or CorelDRAW required.
  • For screen printing: Vectify produces clean color-separated paths in SVG and EPS, which open in Illustrator, Affinity, and Inkscape ready for spot-color separation and Pantone matching.
  • For DTG and DTF: A clean vector lets you scale a customer logo up for full-front prints without losing edge sharpness. The original ChatGPT 1024x1024 PNG would pixelate; the Vectify SVG scales cleanly to any print size.
  • Workflow tip: If the customer's design has a complex background, run it through Vectify's free background removal first, then vectorize. You'll get a clean transparent vector ready for any garment color.
